Move with Me for Free on YouTube

@embautied
This channel is for low impact, low arousal movement and release. There is no load training and many sessions are designed to help facilitate emotional and physical release for specific pain points. This channel is designed for people with joint instability and/or live with chronic illness and disability.

@shaunadhd
This channel is for higher intensity and nervous system arousal movement rooted in the use of safe, fundamental stability and movement patterns. Sessions are designed to improve proprioception and stability to help make daily life less painful.
You may find videos from both channels useful. The primary reason I have separate channels is emotional safety. I can't guarantee everyone can find something on my channels, but my goal is to provide a space where higher intensity movement is not visible. From my own experience, I've had many times where my body won't allow me to do certain things; seeing those things can be triggering, which is why I wanted a space that is as emotionally supportive as possible.
